Description

The Pays de Retz cannery is an artisanal cannery living to the rhythm of the tides. It is made there according to the tradition of artisanal fish rillettes and preserves from noble ingredients, without dyes or preservatives.

Ingredients

Sardines (55%), cream, ketchup (tomato puree 73%), alcohol vinegar, cane sugar, salt, spices and powdered onions, muscadet, celery branch, sunflower oil, shallots, pepper, agar agar thickener , and possible traces of nuts
