“Le Comptoir de l’Île de Groix” offers an original blend of Asian and Breton flavors by making these Lobster Rillettes seasoned with Kari Gosse.

Originally from South of India, the word "Kari" means "spice blend". OK, but "Kari Gosse"? Curry arrived for the first time in France in the nineteenth century in the port of Lorient. Mr. Gosse, an apothecary, had the idea to mix the curry with other spices. The Kari Gosse was born and seafood found its ally.

Made in Groix Island, Brittany.

Keep refrigerated after opening.

Ingredients

Lobster (30.5%), cream, nuts, scallops *, shallots, carrots, butter, flour, milk protein and lactose, salt, parsley, garlic, kid Kari (0.05%) (Ginger, turmeric, cloves, pepper, cinnamon, pepper).

* Chlamys opercularis, original North-East Atlantic (France)

No coloring or preservatives.
