Description

La Compagnie Bretonne is a traditional cannery that operates according to the rhythm of the tides. Our products are made using traditional methods of artisanal fish canning, with only the finest ingredients, and without artificial colors or preservatives.

Ingredients

Langoustine sauce 82.5%: water, crushed tomatoes and double-concentrated tomato puree, whole langoustines 6%, onions, cream, butter, salt, sugar, spices, and aromatic herbs (including garlic).

Ravioli 17.5%: durum wheat semolina, water, eggs, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt), sunflower oil, salt, parsley, seaweed, pepper.

Fabienne's tips

Reheat in a saucepan over low heat, optionally with a drizzle of cream, or bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (350°F) with grated Gruyère or Parmesan cheese. Five minutes before the end of cooking, switch the oven to the grill setting.
