The rosé de saignée cuvée is obtained after a few hours of cold maceration following the vatting of the grapes. The Cabernet Franc juice becomes pink and it is at this moment that bleeding is carried out, which consists of taking 10 to 20% of the juice that has flowed out.

The wines of the Charles Pain estate offer very good quality Chinon Red, White and Rosé wines. The different terroirs are made up of sand, gravel, siliceous clay and limestone. The work is managed on the plot in organic cultivation in order to obtain grapes of great maturity.
