Description

Aromas of fresh fruit, green apple with a very clean finish. It is a pretty airy wine in its texture with a lot of freshness. Ideal as an aperitif. Domaine J.Laurens knew how to work this historic A.O.C. by bringing freshness and delicacy to the aromas of green apple, acacia flowers and apricots.

Ingredients

Grapes: 90% Mauzac, 10% Chardonnay. La Blanquette is the A.O.C. tradition of the Limouxin vineyard. This cuvée is made with the traditional grape variety ''Le Mauzac'' which has the particularity of seeing a fine white down forming on its leaf, when the wind blows the vines give the impression of being white hence the name of stew.

Fabienne's tips

This cuvée is perfect as an aperitif with toast or with a verrine of Granny Smith apples, avocados and salmon as a starter. To be consumed in moderation, alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health.
