Noir de Bigorre " Pig is a very ancient rare breed originating from the Central Pyrenees. Famous for his amazing taste, the " Noir de Bigorre " pig is one of the ultimate french delicacy. This country style pork pâté comes from Pierre Mateyron traditional Farm.
