Description

Fleur de sel is made up of fine crystals of varying sizes. Once sprinkled on the plate, the crystals dissolve quickly delivering all their flavor. Flower salt beautifully reveals the taste of any food.

Fleur de sel from Ile de Ré: rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium and trace elements.

Fleur de sel 95%, basilic 5%

Fleur de sel with organic parsley accompanies grilled beef or lamb dishes, fried fish and seafood, but also your chicken and vegetable stir-fries. Added breadcrumbs, it is used to cover a rack of lamb at the end of cooking or Provençal-style tomatoes.
