Black olive oil from the garrigues is produced at the Romanou mill with olives harvested on site and in the surrounding area. A fruity oil produced with mature black olives. Golden yellow color. Very soft and fluid, without ardor. It develops aromas of red fruits, melted butter and hazelnut.
