Slow and artisanal cooking in a cooperative organic workshop in the South West. Very good heirloom red tomatoes, fair trade and unrefined cane sugar, natural gelling agents favoring a very creamy texture, without lumps. To preserve its flavor, this jam is pasteurized.

Old variety red tomatoes (mixture of red varieties)*, unrefined fair trade cane sugar*, lemon juice*, Arrowroot*, Agar Agar*. Prepared with 45g of fruit per 100g
