I advise you to put the foie gras in the fridge for a few hours before enjoying it. When it is still fresh cut it into slices, do not hesitate to pass the blade of your knife under hot water for a clean cut. Wait 5 to 10 minutes before serving so that it warms slightly to room temperature, it will only be tastier.
