In this valley, walnut plantations are numerous. At the Belle Noix estate, a cousin of the Belle Huile mill, walnut production has been going on for several generations. The productions are organic and all the processing is done on site. Dorothée Locatelli is in charge of production and has developed a whole range of processed products.
