  Beetroot soup

  Beetroot soup is not only a fabulous colour but delicious too! This soup is made in France by Maison Marc as simple as possible with beetroot, water, potatoes, onion, crème fraîche, garlic and a pinch of salt. Serve with crème fraîche or try adding a glug of vodka for the classic Borscht experience.
