Made in south of France in a traditional olive-mill, this extra virgin olive oil is pressed from the finest French olives. With its deep, brilliant green color and aromatic notes of freshly cut grass and artichoke, it's a treat for both the eyes and the palate, and its finish is both pleasantly bitter and persistently peppery.
AOC (Appelation d'origine Controlée) is made to guaranty the quality and the origine. The Provence AOC olive oil was born in 2007.
