He buys primary aged ducklings in “ Perigord ” and raises them during more than 4months in a peaceful garden. During this times ducks receives a top natural diet based on cereals GMO free and NO antibiotic! This Whole Duck Foie Gras is seasoned with the addition of nothing more than salt and pepper and then cooked in order to achieve unrivaled taste, incredible texture and beautiful pale pink color.
